  • Processing, Shipping Services, and Delivery Times

    Each product is handmade and created in small batches to ensure freshness and the highest quality. Orders begin processing within 5 business days (not including weekends).

    Right now, we only ship within the United States.

    The shipping and handling costs for your order are based on the total weight.

    We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders are handed off to the shipping service after processing.

    Delivery times will differ based on location. Please take account of any nationwide shipping delays, such as those caused by holiday volumes, as they may impact your estimated delivery date.

    Spice Pot Kitchen Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, mechanical failure, or other acts beyond our control.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please refer to the tracking number sent to learn more about the journey of your package.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your order shows as "en route" or "delivered" in the tracking system link provided to you in the order email. If you have not received your order indicated in shipping service system as "en route" or delivered" please contact the shipping service to inquire.

    If they have no information regarding your "en route" or "delivered" package, you can file a claim for a lost or stolen package with the shipping service directly.

    Spice Pot Kitchen Apothecary is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

    If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit minus the shipping cost. If you wish to send the same items again, a new order is required.

  • All products are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products due to food safety regulations.
